Here’s The Situation We’re a Prahran based Web Video Production company looking to hire a videographer to keep up with our increasing workload. We produce web videos for businesses looking to humanise their online presence – telling their story, sharing their knowledge and getting them more clients. We’re looking for someone who already has skills and experience shooting videos – this can be in corporate / fiction films / music videos.
You’ll have a sound understanding of at least (but not limited to) DSLR operation, lens types, framing, lighting, location sound recording, codecs and formats, talent direction and story analysis. There are some examples of the types of videos you’ll be shooting at the bottom of this page (watch a few from the video gallery to get an idea of what you’ll be in for)

To be a success in this role, you:
- Love getting the job done, quickly with an attention to detail
- Enjoy using your creative talents to produce original works
- Have a good eye for design (colour, fonts, layouts, etc.)
- Able to meet deadlines
- Are familiar with all aspects of video (lights, camera, sound, etc.)
- Have an excellent command of the English language and excellent people skills
- Love learning new things
And you may also:
- Be comfortable on Mac
- Have experience using Final Cut Pro X
What We’re Offering – Casual 10-15 hours per week (with the option to increase over time and potentially going into a permanent part-time role.) – Great location in Prahran (when studio is required) – A positive and friendly team
